Return & Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love the product you’ve ordered. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Amount

  • Your refund will equal the merchandise price minus the return shipping cost.

  • Any original charges for shipping, packaging, merchant fees, or handling will be non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a prompt replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

    • Note: Damages and defects must be reported immediately upon delivery.

    • Our delivery personnel will inspect the product at the time of delivery and record any damages/defects with photographs.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds/credits are issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item along with the refund form.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

  • Products that are assembled, altered, or modified in any way will not be eligible.

  • Our refund team will inspect the item before approving refunds.

Disclaimers

  1. All our products are photographed under professional lighting and edited for clarity. Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen resolution should not be considered defects.

  2. Many of our furniture items are handcrafted using traditional methods. Slight differences in color, size, or finish are part of their natural character and not considered defects.

Before Delivery – Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with a 5% cancellation fee.

  • If production has already started, material costs will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items

  • Clearance or sale items (including promotional/free shipping items)

  • Personalized or customized products (made to your specifications)

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Used products are not returnable.
