General Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is available only on selected products (refer to the product page description).

  • The warranty is valid only with the original invoice and warranty card.

  • Without these documents, warranty claims will not be accepted.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty

  • 10 Years Warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., welding joint breakage, cane breakage, or self-damage of fabrics under normal use).

  • 6 Years Warranty against fading, sagging, or similar issues under normal use conditions.

  • Repair Service: If covered under warranty, we will repair the product. After the warranty period, we provide repair services at a nominal cost.

Important Notes

  • Normal wear and tear due to everyday use is not covered.

  • Damage caused by mishandling, pets, dragging furniture (instead of lifting), or improper use will void the warranty.

  • Outdoor fabric warranties range from 1 to 5 years, depending on the color and supplier terms.

  • Fabric warranty is subject to the conditions set by the fabric supplier.

  • To maintain coverage, follow washing and care instructions strictly. Using harsh chemicals or improper cleaning methods may void the warranty.
